We are a running and racing team based in Lewiston, Maine.
We began in 1999 with 2 middle of the pack runners, a six pack of beer and myself. Since that time we have grown to over 45 runners of all ages and abilities. Running and racing is what brought us together but we have stayed together because of the commitment to each other. No one is to good to be above the rest and no one to slow to be left out.
Our goal is to lay it out on race day and then celebrate both the successes and failures when all is said and done.
It is hard to believe that 10 years have come and gone. As we enter our 11th year of competition and running it looks like we are going to go through another transition. With more local runners and the entire team getting yet another year older, we will continue to evolve and adapt to the challenges.
A higher interest in multi sport events seems to be gaining some ground as several members have already signed up for events during 2010.
The Tuesday night workouts enjoyed a tremendous resurgance in 2009 and we are hoping to keep up the momentum going into 2010.
If you ever in the area on Tuesday nights or even on Sunday mornings as we have once again begun the practice of long runs from the house, feel free to stop by or drop us a note and join us for a couple of laps around the track or one big lap around the lake!!!

Team Workouts
5:30 pm Bates College Track- Tuesday
Hard to believe but the year is almost over and so are the Team workouts on Tuesday nights.
As usual, we will be taking a break starting on December 15th and will not meet for a team workout again until January 12th.
