We are a running and racing team based in Lewiston, Maine.
We began in 1999 with 2 middle of the pack runners, a six pack of beer and myself. Since that time we have grown to over 45 runners of all ages and abilities. Running and racing is what brought us together but we have stayed together because of the commitment to each other. No one is to good to be above the rest and no one to slow to be left out.
Our goal is to lay it out on race day and then celebrate both the successes and failures when all is said and done.

We are entering our 10th year of running and competing here in New England. Over the years we have accumulated many memories and results. I have added a couple of new pages which will be populated with some of those images, stories and results.

As I look to 2009 I get the sense that we are back on track for another great year. Several familiar names are continuing to improve while still more are nipping at their heels.

It looks to be another memorable year. Come join if you are looking to improve your running or just want some company as you continue your quest for a lifetime of running and fitness!

        12 x 400 @ 5k pace
